How do I know if the Pelvic Tilter™ is something that will help me?

How does the Pelvic Tilter™ decompress the vertebrae?

The Pelvic Tilter™ is designed to be used under your sacrum while doing simple stretching exercises. By lying on your back with the Pelvic Tilter™ positioned correctly under you, it gently rotates your pelvis. This positioning provides a therapeutic stretch for your lower back muscles. As your muscles are gently stretched, they relax. As they relax, pressure is taken off your spine. This decompressing effect to the lower vertebrae offers quick relief to the lumbosacral junction.

How often do I need to use the Pelvic Tilter™ to get reults?

Results should happen within a few days with faithful usage of a few minutes three or four times per day. Include it in your current exercise/stretching program!

Is the Pelvic Tilter™ an effective assist for proper Yoga positioning?

Yes! It places the pelvic girdle in neutral while sitting in the long leg posture and effectively decreases hamstring tension.
